I understand your perspective. I've experienced similar challenges.

Your body is experiencing discomfort. Your stomach rebels after each meal. You're combating brain fog with caffeine just to function. And those jeans feeling tighter by the end of the day? It's frustrating, isn't it? (They're supposed to stretch, right?)
Despite reassurances that everything appears normal, you feel far from it. You're apprehensive about this becoming your "new normal". You've been offered generic solutions for your joint pain, but they're only temporary fixes. You've experimented with superfoods, trendy treatments, and stocked your cabinet with supplements recommended on podcasts.

You're tired of feeling...

well, tired.

Most importantly, you're tired of feeling

dismissed, misunderstood, and unheard.

You're seeking healing. You want to regain a sense of ease in life. You want to thrive! I'll collaborate closely with you to uncover the root causes of your issues. Together, we'll develop a tailored, evidence-based plan to support your journey to wellness. We'll prioritize testing over guessing, and implement scientifically-proven methods to guide you toward healing.

What Is Functional Medicine?

Functional medicine is a whole body approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness or dysfunction in the body rather than just treating the symptoms. It is a patient-centered and integrative approach, addressing the body, mind, and soul.

Symptoms We Address

Chronic Fatigue
More than just a restful night's sleep, maintaining high energy levels throughout the day requires attention to factors such as gut health, stress hormones, and blood sugar levels, as these could be contributing to feelings of fatigue.

Digestive Problems
Experiencing frequent trips to the bathroom or infrequent bowel movements? If you're dealing with belly bloat, conditions such as H. pylori infections or fungal overgrowth like candida might be the underlying culprits behind these uncomfortable (and sometimes embarrassing) issues.

Weight Changes
Weight management goes beyond a simple equation of calories in and calories out. Our bodies are intricately complex. Factors like suboptimal thyroid function, gut infections, or metabolic dysfunction often contribute to extra pounds. Importantly, it's crucial to understand that it's not your fault!

Food Sensitivities
Sensitivity to certain foods extends beyond gluten and dairy; even seemingly "healthy" options like onions or broccoli can be culprits. Additionally, a leaky gut (dysbiosis) might contribute to food sensitivities. The good news is that we have the means to heal this!

Inflammation/Joint Pain
Persistent joint pain might be more than just a physical issue. Inflammation, often linked to conditions like arthritis, can significantly impact daily life. Exploring holistic approaches, including dietary changes and targeted exercises, may help manage inflammation and alleviate joint discomfort.

Headaches
Muscle tension or an injury could be a cause for your headaches, but it could also be from hormonal imbalances, stress, or a crash in blood sugar…to name a few. Find the real reason will help you find lasting relief.
